TENANTREX PRIVACY POLICY Effective as of: October 2016


This policy describes how TenantRex, LLC ("TenantRex", "We" or "Us") treats Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") and other information that TenantRex collects through the TenantRex websites including without limitation those sites accessible though www.RexForce.com(collectively the "Site"). As used in this Policy, the term PII is information that can be traced directly back to and identifies an individual, such as name, address, email address, and/or phone number. PII does not include real estate comparable data that has been uploaded to the Site by a user. Such data is severed from the person providing the data so that a third party cannot identify the specific individual who uploaded the data.This policy does not cover privacy practices associated with offline activities or activities occurring on websites other than the Site.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and made a part of, TenantRex's Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy and not otherwise defined have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use.

The Information We Collect.

Through the Site, Members may upload real estate comparable data. We collect this information so each Member may form digital connections with other Members through the Site and search data uploaded by such other Members to which the Member has access. Then, TenantRex grants each Member an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to unlock the Information located by such Member so as to provide access to the Member's Information to another Member upon the request of another Member

PII Collection

TenantRex collects PII when you register as a Member on the Site. We may also collect PII from you in other ways, such as when you contact our customer-support team or provide us with your credit card information in connection with subscription.

Non-PII Collection

TenantRex may also collect non-personally identifiable information during your visits to the Site. Examples of non-personally identifiable information may include your Internet access provider, your computer's internet protocol (IP) address and TenantRex cookie information. TenantRex collects non-personally identifiable information to, among other things, provide you with or assist in the provision of information through the Site, to maintain the performance of the Site and to make the Site more useful. This Non-PII is not associated with your PII.

User Names

During registration, Members must create a unique user name which is encrypted (the "User Name"). We only store a one-way encryption of the User Name so that the User Name may not be unencrypted by us. The User Name of a Member is severed from the PII of such Memberand from all Information uploaded by the Member so that Members may upload Information to the Site anonymously. The only circumstance in which we may connect Information to the Member who uploaded the Information is if the Information is flagged by another Member as materially inaccurate.

Member Passwords

During registration, Members must select a password which is encrypted. Passwords are used to secure Member information and the integrity of the TenantRex system. We only store a one-way encryption of Member passwords which means passwords cannot be unencrypted by us. Our login page provides a way for Members to obtain access to the system in case they lose or forget their password.

How we Use Personal Information and the Information You Contribute.

We use PII for internal and service-related purposes and we may use vendors and suppliers to allow us to offer TenantRex.TenantRex does not rent, sell, or share PII about you with other people or non-affiliated companies for marketing purposes. While we do not rent, share, or sell PII to advertisers, we may send information by email about our services to users of the Site including promotions and updates that will be of the greatest utility, relevance, value and interest

TenantRex collects Information to create the Database. As set forth in the Terms of Use, the Site is designed so that only the Member uploading Information has the right and ability to provide access to the Information uploaded by the Member to another Member.

We may share with third parties anonymized information in the performance of marketing services, including evaluating market trends and/or under a joint marketing agreement to provide services that will be of particular interest and relevance to you. Such information will not include PII. In addition, Members may have access to their information through the 'My Account' area of our system.

To subscribe to TenantRex or LeaseRex, a Member must enter valid payment information needed to process their subscription payments. We may use this information to contact the Member about payment processing. When Members provide payment information, it is protected using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We use credit card or other payment information for identification purposes and to help facilitate payment processing. We do not share credit card or other payment information with third parties other than to process payments.

We will typically communicate with our Members using their registered email address. We will communicate with Members in accordance with their preferences and in response to inquiries, to provide requested services and to manage their accounts. We will send Members mandatory service-related announcements and notifications including notice that Information uploaded by the Member has been flagged as materially inaccurate by email. Members cannot opt-out of these communications. We may broadcast or otherwise distribute important messages to all Members.

We may disclose PII to third parties who are assisting us in protecting against or preventing actual or potential fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims or other liabilities, or to investigate potential fraudulent or questionable activities. We may disclose PII in response to a legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena. We may disclose PII in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or where we believe it is necessary toinvestigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities or suspected fraud, violations of our Terms of Use, or as we believe may be otherwise required by law. In no event will the identity of a Member that uploaded specific Information be connected to the Information unless such Information was flagged by another Member as materially inaccurate. We may disclose PII to protect our rights or interests or the rights or interests of others. We may also disclose PII and other information you provide, including but not limited to Information, to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, organization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of TenantRex's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding.

TenantRex uses "cookies" and other tools to collect information about how you use the Site. Cookies are small lines of text/data that are written onto a user's computer by a website to store that user's preferences. Most browsers allow you to manage cookies including blocking and deleting them. If you block or delete our cookies, TenantRex may not work as well or at all for you. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any PII.

We use a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. web beacons), that help us better manage content on the Site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies and are used to track the online movements of web users. TenantRex may use clear gifs in the provision of its services.

How We Secure Your Personal Information

TenantRex limits access to your PII. We have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in an effort to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and use correctly the PII we collect from you.

No data transmissions through the Internet or mobile devices, or even the physical transfer of information, can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot eliminate fully all security risks associated with personal information and technical mistakes are possible. We do not ensure or warrant the security of any data or information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

If TenantRex learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues. We may post a notice on our website if a security breach occurs. If this happens, you will need a web browser enabling you to view and access

TenantRex. We may also send an email to you at the email address you have provided to us. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use our system. We do not knowingly collect information from or about children.

Notice of any changes to our Privacy Policy will be provided by the posting of a new version of the Policy and posting notice of the change on the "Policy Updates" page of our website. If the revised version includes a change that would be materially less restrictive on our use of your PII, we provide you with 30 days' prior notice of the change by posting notice on the "Policy Updates" page.
